T&C's / Policies:

Cancellations

  • If you are 15 minutes late for your appointment it will be cancelled, Even if this is our of your hands unfortunately, it will still be cancelled. 

  • You must give more than 48 hours notice if you need/wish to cancel your appointment.

  • If you cancel within 48 hours 50% of your appointment cost must be paid or your following appointments will be cancelled and you will be placed in my little black book.

No Show's 

  • If you no show on an appointment without warning or reason you will have to pay the full appointment cost plus 50% of your next appointment cost.. 

If this is not paid your following appointments will be cancelled and you will be put into the black book.

The black book:

  • Never allowed to book in with me again until outstanding costs are paid in full.

This is not a hobby, This is my life & my business.

Non-Refundable deposits:

  • These are taken for any new clients and all 1off appointments, this is to ensure that I don't completely lose money when I have a cancellation and cannot offer someone else the appointment, I still have bills to pay and this is my job.

  • your deposit will be used towards your nail appointment cost.

Deposits and Confirmations:

  • If you have paid your deposit but have not received your appointment confirmation message (This will consist of my address and the time of your booking etc) then please message me within 24 hours of booking.

  • Please message me when you have sent your deposit and I will reply with your appointment confirmation. NO DEPOSIT means NO APPOINTMENT.

Covid-19 Policies:

  • Due to Covid-19, my salon has a strict no children, friends or partner policy for the time being. this is to protect myself and other clients during the pandemic and foreseeable future.

  • Please bring your mask to the appointment which is to be worn at all times, I will also be wearing a mask and face visor.

If you do not have a mask I can provide one for 50p.

I thank you for your understanding and appreciate that the above may sound extreme but I have to protect my business and be fair to everyone.
